If you have purchased after 1pm on a Friday your order will be processed on Monday & we will contact you on Monday for your details if we have not already received them.
Telephone lines are open Tuesday - Friday 10am -3pm

Delivery:

The ONLY Couriers we use are Royal Mail: 1st & 2nd Class, Standard International
Occasionally we use Parcel Force 24 or 48 on larger items.

Delivery takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, we dispatch within 1-3 working days when we have received all the details for your order.

We do also offer an express service with delivery being 2-3 working days there is an additional £8.99 charge for express delivery, If you choose express delivery please be aware that the extra cost is for a priority order charge, the extra price you pay is not just for the postage but is used to boost your order to the front of all others and allowing your order to be dispatched first.

Online Orders Returns Policy:

We offer 60 days Guaranteed Refund or Replacement, if returned as received, in an unused condition.
For Banners, returns need to be requested within 48h of receiving the banner. The banner must be returned unused, and in its packaging.

All our signs are bespoke & individually personalised to the customer's requirements and as such we ask you to view the many pictures we
have available and if you are unsure to contact us via email or telephone before you purchase as returns are very costly for us, refund or
exchange is available with in 60 days of you receiving your product.

We will require photographic evidence if you have received your item with an unlikely error or breakage, on receipt of your photo we will send you an immediate replacement with no return necessary. Breakages will be reported to Royal Mail so that they can investigate your post delivery person & any other handlers.

If your order does not arrive, we will trace it through the Royal Mail system, and we will also send you a free replacement once confirmed they have lost the order.

If for any other reason you wish to return your order we offer guaranteed returns policy, but you will have to return your order in the condition it was received in and at your own cost, we do not pay for return P&P.
Please use a tracked and signed for service for your own piece of mind.


Commercial Signs & Vehicle Graphics:

Vehicle graphics after care, Please handwash your vehicle only.
You do not need to wash your vehicle prior to us fitting your graphics, however if you are washing your vehicle, please do not wax or polish before we fit the graphics, as this may affect how well the graphics adhere to your vehicle's surface.

Commercial signs are available on various substrates, we will advise you of the most suitable material for your sign and purpose.
